Foggia play at the Stadio Pino Zaccheria, a stadium that celebrated its centenary in 2025. Renovated several times over the years, the ground has one of the best atmospheres in southern Italy.
Here is all you need to know ahead of your visit.
What Makes It Special?
The atmosphere is undoubtedly the best thing about going to the Pino Zaccheria. Foggia, like so many clubs from the south, has a reputation for housing some of the best fans in the land, creating a raw energy that can be intimidating for visiting teams and supporters.
It is named after Pino Zaccheria, a native of Foggia and a second lieutenant in the Italian Army who was killed during the Greco-Italian War in 1941. Zaccheria was also a pioneer of basketball in Foggia and the stadium’s name was changed in his honour in 1946. While the stadium holds just under 15,000, the fanatical fanbase makes it feel even livelier.

How To Get There
From the city centre, the Pino Zaccheria can be reached on foot in just under 20 minutes, meaning you can take it at your own pace in the hours leading up to kick-off.
Neighbourhood Tips
Street Food Foggia is a sandwich and burger kiosk on Via Silvio Pellico. It offers good value (expect to pay €10-€20) and is a must-visit for those who want to fill up before the game. Owners Enzo and Stefania are known for their hospitality.
London is a pub on Via Fratelli Biondi. It offers a decent selection of beers and serves burgers and chips. If you fancy an all-round establishment, White Bar does coffee, pastries, French fries, beers and cocktails, plus most things in between.
Medio Sangue on Via Cesare Carelli is a meat lover’s paradise, with steaks and cold cuts as well as sushi options. It is a little bit more expensive compared to other restaurants, but the quality justifies the outlay.
Need To Know
Foggia’s ultras occupy both ends of the stadium behind the goals. The Curva Nord Franco Mancini, named in honour of the former goalkeeper who starred during the 1990s under Zdenek Zeman and who died in 2012, is occupied by Candelaro 1968 Foggia.
The Curva Sud is named after Piero La Salandra, the leader of ultra group Regime Rosso Nero, who died in 2002. This end is home to several groups, including Fedelissimi del Borgo and others.
Tickets
Tickets for Foggia games can be bought through the club’s official ticket seller, Vivaticket, in the days leading up to kick-off.
