Sampdoria’s Huge Clash with Sassuolo to be Shown Live on Destination Calcio TV
By Editor DC
Sampdoria’s mammoth Serie B clash with Sassuolo is one of the standout fixtures to be shown live and for free on Destination Calcio TV after the next set of live fixtures were announced.
DCTV has revealed its schedule up until the first weekend of March, with 12 matches picked, including the mouthwatering tie at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium – which will have huge ramifications at both the top and bottom of the table.
Sampdoria, one of the biggest clubs in Italian football, are struggling in the second tier and sit just a point above the relegation zone. Meanwhile, Sassuolo appear on course for an immediate return to the top flight, but have Pisa breathing down their necks at the top and a resurgent Spezia chasing an automatic promotion spot, too.
The last time the pair met, Fabio Grosso’s men rubber-stamped their title credentials with a 5-1 hammering of the Blucerchiati, a result that cost Andrea Sottil his job as head coach.
Meanwhile, the top two in Serie B – Sassuolo and Pisa – clash at the Mapei Stadium on Saturday 1 March, a match that is also being shown live to DCTV audiences. Pippo Inzaghi’s Pisa will also face Juve Stabia in front of the cameras on Saturday 22 February.
Spezia’s games against Catanzaro and Palermo will be shown, with the latter also in action against Mantova and Brescia as they look to cement their position in the play-off places.
Bari are another team who harbour promotion hopes and their clashes with Juve Stabia, Cremonese and Sampdoria will all be live on tv.destinationcalcio.com and on the designated app.
Elsewhere, there is a basement battle to be shown on Saturday 15 February when Sudtirol host Sampdoria – whose clash with Modena will also be shown live the weekend before.
Each match is available live and for free across a number of territories. All of DCTV’s live Serie B broadcasts are shown in the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, the Caribbean and South America.
Fans can watch by tuning in at tv.destinationcalcio.com, downloading the app on their phone or tablet via the Google or Apple store, or by downloading the app on their Smart TV.
